Sauteed Mushrooms with Garlic and Coriander
6:46 AMI'm here to introduce a very simple recipe. It takes less than 20 minutes to cook this simple yet tasty food.
If you do not like the aroma of coriander, it can be substituted by parsley. Normally I do not 100% fully comply recipe. I think it should be flexible a bit to suit your favourite taste.
Ingredients:
1. 1 small box of cremini or white mushrooms. (you can cut into smaller piece if the size is big)
2. 4-6 cloves of garlic
3. Coriander
4. 1 thin slide of unsalted butter
Seasoning :
1. Sea salt (to taste)
2. Black pepper (to taste)
3. Dried mixed herbs (optional)
Directions:
1. Chop garlic and coriander into tiny pieces. Set aside.
2. Melt butter into hot frying pan, add in chopped garlic and coriander until fragrance come out.
3. Add in mushroom and pan fry it until turn to slightly brown colour.
4. Season by sea salt, black pepper and mix herbs.
5. Allow to cook more few minutes until the liquid that released by mushrooms reduce.
6. Serve.
Tips:
Do not put salt early as mushrooms will release liquid once contact with salt. Please allow to pan fry longer until the mushrooms change to golden brown colour. In this way, the taste of mushrooms would not be diluted and have better taste.
-Enjoy-
