My First Steamed Chocolate Cake
4:45 AMFirst of all, I'm here to explain that what is the different between steamed and baked cake, which one is nicer? Steamed cake always are more moist as it absorb water from evaporation in pot. It also is more dense then the texture is like moist cake or brownies. Meanwhile, steamed cake is healthier because it contain less oil and no heaty compared with baked cake. It is suitable for people who is in diet but cannot resist the temptation of dessert. HAHA

You can dress up cake with frosting cream when the cake become cool.
For this time, I dress up the cake to be owl, is cute right? haha. You can simply put the oreo with cream and m&m chocolate on the cake. By the way, that time I made this cake was Halloween so I took photos with theme of Halloween!
-Enjoy-
